Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed by our team.
